    Schedule 90 - Miscellaneous Charges and Fees

    Effective for all bills rendered after March 1, 2016

    Applicability

    To all Customers utilizing the services of the PUD as defined and described in the General Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Regulations for Electric Service.

    Character of Service

    Listing of miscellaneous charges and fees, which may be assessed and billed as referred to in the General Terms, Conditions, Rules, and Regulations for Electric Service. These fees are one-time charges to the Customer for each occurrence or transaction and will be added to the Customer’s electric bill unless otherwise noted.

    Monthly Rates, Charges and Fees

    Disconnect/Reconnect for Customer safety, other than normal service hours (a) $250.00 or actual cost, whichever is greater
    Unauthorized broken meter seal - first occurrence $25.00
    Equipment tampering fee, including broken meter seal $150.00 or actual  cost, whichever is greater
    Unauthorized reconnect fee (d) $250.00 plus actual cost of repairs
    Trouble call, if problem was in Customer-owned equipment - normal service hours (a) Actual cost
    Trouble call, if problem was in Customer-owned equipment - otther than normal service hours (a) $250.00 or actual cost, whichever is greater
    Temporary service hookup - to existing facilities $110.00
    Temporary service hookup - Other Actual Cost
    Premium Temporary Service - flat fee for 12-month period $275.00
    Residential underground service, less than 50 ft - Customer provides trench and conduit $560.00
    Residential underground service, 50 ft - 150 ft - Customer provides trench and conduit $775.00
    Trench inspection fee (No charge for first inspection) $25.00
    Install area light luminaire on existing pole ($5.80/month for 60 months) $348.00
    Install area light luminaire on new pole ($17.60/month for 60 months) $1,056.00
    GenerLink transfer switch (30 amps) -
    Agreements prior to 3-1-2016
    $7.95/month
    GenerLink transfer switch (40 amps) -
    Agreements prior to 3-1-2016
    $9.95month
    GenerLink transfer switch (30/40 amps) -
    Agreements on or after 3-1-2016
    $11.00/month

    (a) Normal service hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except PUD holidays. If service is requested for a time other than normal service hours, the Customer will be informed of and agree to the charges before PUD personnel are dispatched.

    (b) Reconnect fees will be collected in advance before service will be reconnected. Other fees will be added to the Customer's monthly electric bill as a separate entry.

    (c) Or highest two months bills as determined by the PUD. Deposits will be refunded after 24 months payment history deemed satisfactory by the PUD. Interest will accrue at 0.48% APR annually and applied to the account when the deposit is refunded.

    (d)  Actual costs would include unmetered energy, meter testing costs, investigation costs, PUD equipment damages, and other charges as appropriate.
