    Give to GLOW.  All proceeds are used to assist limited-income PUD customers who are facing disconnection of their electric service for nonpayment.The Neighbor's GLOW (Give Light, Offer Warmth) Fund provides emergency bill payment assistance to low-income PUD customers. GLOW is funded through customer contributions and employee fundraisers. 

    Your GLOW contribution helps where help is needed most. Every dollar contributed goes to customers needing assistance.

    Ways to Donate to GLOW

    Donate by Check

    Check donations should be made out to Columbia River PUD and mailed to our office at PO Box 1193, St. Helens, OR 97051.  Please indicate "GLOW Donation" in the memo field.  

    Round Up for GLOW

    If you pay your bill online through our Account Online service, you can "round up" your payment to the next dollar amount automatically, and donate the difference to the GLOW Fund. 

    Add a Donation to your PUD Bill

    Use the form below to add a monthly donation to your PUD bill. 

    Donation Amount   Enter the dollar amount that you would like to donate to GLOW each month. This amount will be added to your PUD bill.
